Case Studies

Need to get your business online quickly? I can help. From initial planning and design to development, launch, and ongoing maintenance, I provide end‑to‑end support to get your website up and running smoothly.

With a background in product design, I approach every project as a problem solver first and a designer second. My focus is not just on creating beautiful websites and mobile apps, but on understanding the real challenges behind each business and finding the most effective solution.

Every case study reflects a strategic process — from research and analysis to design and implementation — aimed at solving client problems, improving user experience, and delivering measurable results.

Lassie software

1. PROBLEM / TASKS

The client needs a simple and cheap software, easy for implementation, to order video editing services.

2. OBJECTIVES

The goal was to simplify the video ordering workflow, reduce confusion, and make the process clear and easy to follow. Users needed to quickly submit all required details, track progress, and complete requests without delays. At the same time, the solution had to be intuitive, practical, and feasible within limited time and budget.

3. Solution

I simplified the video ordering process and removed unnecessary steps that were slowing the team down. The new system made it easy to submit, manage, and track video requests in one clear workflow. What previously required two staff members can now be handled by one person, reducing coordination time and confusion. By supporting an in-house video editor with a more organized process, the team can work faster and more efficiently without sacrificing quality.

4. Outcome

The improvements delivered real, measurable results. Project turnaround time was reduced by 50%, meaning videos are completed and delivered much faster. The team now needs 50% fewer staff to manage video editing and social media coordination, freeing up time for other priorities. Overall video editing costs were reduced by 30%, allowing the organization to offer high-quality video services at a lower price — an important advantage for small businesses and nonprofits working with limited budgets.

DonorHelp blood donation mobile app

DonorHelp mobile app

1. PROBLEM / TASKS

In Ukraine, hospitals provide free blood transfusions but require patients to find replacement donors. Many patients struggle to secure donors through personal networks, while willing donors often face frustration when trying to schedule appointments at blood centers. The challenge was to simplify the blood donation process and improve how patients connect with donors through the DonorUA initiative.

2. OBJECTIVES

The goal was to make donating blood and finding donors easier, faster, and more accessible. The solution needed to reduce friction in scheduling, provide clear guidance, and create a seamless experience across devices through responsive design.

3. Solution

I designed a user-centered interface focused on clarity and ease of navigation. After completing the app design, I developed a responsive website using the DonorHelp sitemap to structure content consistently across screens. The design emphasized intuitive navigation, clear visual hierarchy, and cohesive organization to support both patients and donors.

4. Outcome

Usability testing showed positive results: users found the platform intuitive, engaging, and easy to navigate. The clear structure and visual hierarchy helped simplify the donation process and improved overall user experience across devices.

Exclusive Content Platform

1. Problem/Task

As part of DevChallenge 2023, I was tasked with designing a solution to increase recurring subscriptions and donations for the Come Back Alive Foundation

2. OBJECTIVES

The goal was to increase recurring donations, improve donor retention, and create stronger engagement. The solution needed to address user pain points: lack of personalized communication, limited transparency about army needs, absence of subscriber “benefits,” and no clear community space for like-minded donors. From a business perspective, the platform had to drive measurable growth in subscriptions and total donation amounts.

3. Solution

I designed an Exclusive Content Platform integrated into the existing CBA website. The solution included a new content feed for subscribers and an improved donation form optimized for higher conversion. The platform provided personalized updates, clearer communication about military needs, and a space tailored to recurring donors. User flows were designed for both new and existing donors, ensuring seamless onboarding and access. The concept aligned with CBA’s brand and positioned subscriptions as a value-driven experience rather than a simple transaction.

4. Outcome

The project earned me a finalist position at DevChallenge 2023, Europe’s largest IT competition.  I developed a clear validation plan with measurable success indicators, including growth in recurring subscriptions, increase in donation volume (UAH, USD, EUR), donor retention rate, and engagement on the content platform. The solution created a scalable opportunity to build a stronger donor community and increase long-term fundraising sustainability.

Imfluence mobile app

1. PROBLEM / TASKS

Brands and influencers lacked a dedicated platform for direct collaboration. Existing solutions did not support direct communication between brand representatives, stylists, and content creators, forcing brands to search manually on social media or rely on PR agencies. The challenge was to improve the collaboration process and position One30m as a communication platform connecting both sides.

2. OBJECTIVES

The goal was to simplify how brands discover creators, initiate partnerships, and manage communication. The solution needed to reduce reliance on intermediaries, streamline collaboration, and create a seamless experience that would increase engagement and platform value for both brands and influencers.

3. Solution

We designed a native mobile app for the One30m fashion marketplace. The app featured an intuitive interface and a simplified creator discovery process, making it easier for brands to find relevant influencers and connect directly. The design focused on clarity, accessibility, and efficient interaction to support faster and smoother collaboration.

4. Outcome

The app improved communication between brand owners and content creators, reduced friction in the partnership process, and strengthened One30m’s positioning as a collaboration hub. By simplifying creator discovery and enabling direct contact, the solution increased efficiency and created stronger value for both sides of the marketplace.

Design System

1. PROBLEM / TASKS

Designs and the live product didn’t match — different buttons, tags, and elements caused confusion and extra work. The team needed a simple, clear system that anyone could use.

2. OBJECTIVES

The goal was to create a clear and organized system that saves time, keeps designs consistent, and makes collaboration easier. It needed to help the team work faster, reduce mistakes, and simplify the handoff between design and development.

3. Solution

I built a design system with reusable components, clear labels, and built-in rules for colors, text, and spacing. Everything was set up in Figma so designers and developers could work together without confusion. Components are flexible, easy to update, and ready for future growth.

4. Outcome

  • 25% faster design and handoff

  • QA work twice as efficient

  • Development time cut by 50%.

The system reduced errors, improved consistency, and created a foundation to grow as the project evolves.
